Warehouse Management System

OMLOG DC’s are managed by Logistica.Net, a warehouse management system, owned by our company, that gathers our 3PL’s 20-years experience in fashion logistic with the most famous brands. Logistica.Net is currently running 15 distribution centers. Logistica.Net is already integrated with many ERPs like SAP, sland Pacific, Microsoft AX, JDA and with the main carriers systems (UPS, FEDEX, DHL,…)
In several of its warehouses, OmLog uses an innovative system of automatic sorting of orders for folded clothes, footwear and accessories withdrawn in mass mode, called a Sorter.
The sorter guarantees a maximum sorting error percentage of 0.1% (inversion of items). The automation is interfaced with the company WMS and this allows high value-added customisations to be applied on the conformation of the contents of the boxed being shipped. The sorting system is designed to sort around 10,000 items per hour and can absorb forecast production peaks during the year.

Transportation management system

The OM3000 TMS is able to manage the key processes of transportation management:
Planning and decision making to define the most efficient transport schemes according to given parameters, which have a lower or higher importance according to the user policy: transport cost, shorter lead-time, fewer stops possible to ensure quality, flows regrouping coefficient, etc.
Transportation Execution allow for the execution of the transportation plan such as carrier rate acceptance, carrier dispatching, EDI etc..
Transport follow-up allow to following any physical or administrative operation regarding transportation.

Advanced Tracking System

Tracking goods is by no means a new concept in the logistics sector; it is more of a standard feature in this industry. Clients need to have an overview of their goods in transit in order to plan other activities. The track & trace number takes care of that.
Since our business activities focus on the delivery of time-critical goods and solving complicated logistical problems, the possibility of offering GPS solutions to our clients adds significant value. Although proactive communication is already the key element of our customer service solutions, real-time tracking of the goods is often a significant source of added value for our clients, and it is often also the reason for the client choosing us from amongst the competition. We have been using this opportunity on an as-needed basis, primarily in case of time-critical deliveries and high-value goods, where ensuring our clients’ peace of mind is particularly important.
